All our bread from the Lighthouse Bakery in Robertsbridge, near Bodiam Castle, East Sussex.

Nearly all our vegetables and salad are organic and come from our very own Muesli Mountain Market.

(Just outside in the garden, check it out!) All our meat is free range and is sourced as local as possible.
